Civil Site Engineer

We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced civil engineer who possesses a robust background in the industry. The preferred candidate will have experience in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, with an emphasis on residential villa projects. The applicant must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the construction of villas in alignment with approved designs and specifications.

- Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.

- Collaborate efficiently with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.

- Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and financial aspects.

- Resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction phase.

- Implement safety and quality control measures on-site.

- Coordinate the handover of completed projects to clients, ensuring all necessary rectifications are made according to project specifications.

- Inspect materials and ongoing work to ensure compliance with specified requirements.

- Provide information regarding variation orders and site instructions.

- Offer measurement and valuation services in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor when necessary.

Experience: Required 3 to 7 years of UAE experience in the construction of G+4 & residential villas.

Excellent communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
