Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications from end to end.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for clean architecture, a deep understanding of database design, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position, but candidates based in Delhi / NCR who are ready to hit the ground running immediately are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design and build robust, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and scale secure, efficient backend services using Node.js —fully utilizing TypeScript across the entire stack.
• Architecture & API Design: Architect, develop, and integrate optimized RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Database Management: Write complex queries, design schemas, and maintain both relational and non-relational databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB .
• Performance & Quality: Ensure maximum performance, scalability, and security of applications. Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, product managers, and UI/UX designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Core Stack: Minimum 5 years of solid professional experience exclusively in full-stack development using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript .
• Database Expertise: Hands-on, production-level experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB .
• System Design: Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, state management, and asynchronous event-driven workflows.
• DevOps & Tools: Proficient with Git/GitHub , CI/CD pipelines, and modern agile project management tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of modules.
