Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing interior fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all interior fit-out works, including gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, glass works, and finishing.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals before site execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved schedule and budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, project specifications, and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources to avoid project delays.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of fit-out experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, finishing materials, and construction practices.

Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (MS Project or Primavera is an advantage).

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with Abu Dhabi fit-out projects and local authority requirements.

Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and relevant UAE building regulations.

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver projects on time with high-quality standards.
