Sr. Project engineer - Interiors & General Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer / Supervisor with driving license to oversee fit-out and general maintenance works. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience supervising interior fit-out projects and building maintenance activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• knowledge of preparing layouts, preparing quotations for fitout and facility management projects is essentials.
• Should have a network of subcontractors to appoint for project requirements
• Generate project inquiry, understand the clients requirements and propose accordingly.
• Execute and Coordinate site works.
• Manage & control a team of workers and responsible for the productivity.
• Raise material request that is required for uninterrupted work at job site.
• Ensure the quality of work from the beginning and avoid rework.
• Plan & Report about the progress of work.
• Maintain qty as per contract, inform about the qty variation to office and to client and arrange for contract amendments.
• Prepare invoices, Submit and follow up payments

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a site/project supervisor in fit-out and/or facility maintenance.
• Diploma or Degree qualification in Civil or a related field.
• Knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing techniques, and MEP services.
• Strong ability to prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
• UAE driving license is must.
• Experience working in Dubai is must.
• MS Office, Auto cad and project reporting skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
