HSE Engineer/HSE Officer with strong documentation and IMS Experience

Must Be Capable Of

• Preparing and revising MS, RA, HSE Plan, emergency plan, inspection checklist, training matrix, and project HSE documents.
• Maintaining and updating IMS documents, legal register, aspect-impact register, risk register, objectives, KPIs, incident records, training records, inspection records, and audit records.
• Handling internal/external audit closeout, corrective action reports, NCR replies, evidence compilation, and follow-up until closure.
• Preparing monthly HSE reports, statistics, inspection reports, MOM and client-required reports.
• Coordinating with client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal management.
• Reviewing subcontractor HSE submissions and ensuring compliance before work starts.
• Managing site HSE requirements when required, including inspections, PTW verification, TBT, induction, and unsafe act/condition closeout.

Preferred

• Previous TAQA / ADDC / TRANSCO approval or work experience.
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 auditor experience.
• Experience in transformer, substation, electrical, lifting, and civil enabling works.
• Able to work independently without needing daily guidance.

Minimum Criteria

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
• NEBOSH IGC minimum. ISO 45001 lead auditor will be added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years UAE HSE experience, preferably in utility, electrical, substation, or TAQA/TRANSCO projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE requirements, ADOSH, TAQA HSE requirements, ISO Standards, risk management, lifting, excavation, electrical safety, and subcontractor management.
• Good English writing skills for emails, reports, procedures, and consultant/client submissions.

Pay: AED0.01 per year
