Office Manager (DSL-01)
Join us in shaping one of Europe’s most exciting greenfield energy projects. You will contribute to building the first plant in Europe dedicated solely to the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and its by-products. Become part of a driven, high‑performance team of change makers where your expertise directly influences the safe, timely, and successful delivery of the DSL-01 project.
About the role
As Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a professional, safe, and welcoming working environment at the permanent DSL-01 office in Farmsum. This is a unique opportunity to join the project during its growth phase and help build the office operations that support one of Europe's most ambitious renewable fuels projects.
The DSL-01 organization is rapidly expanding, and the opening of the permanent office requires a dedicated professional who can ensure the workplace runs efficiently while creating a positive experience for employees, visitors, contractors, and external stakeholders. You will act as the central point of contact for office-related matters and help create an environment where colleagues can perform at their best.
This role combines office management, facilities coordination, administration, and hospitality. You will work closely with various departments and external service providers to ensure that office operations support the broader project objectives and enable teams to focus on delivering the successful construction and future operation of the DSL-01 facility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Office operations & facilities management: Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the DSL-01 office, including the management of facilities, workplace resources, office supplies, equipment, and general office services.
- Visitor & hospitality coordination: Manage visitor registration, meeting logistics, and hospitality arrangements to provide a professional and welcoming experience for employees, guests, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Administrative & workplace support: Provide administrative and organizational support to employees and management, including scheduling, documentation, office communications, and coordination of workplace-related processes.
- Employee onboarding & workplace experience: Support new hires by coordinating workspace setup, equipment, office access, and other onboarding requirements, while fostering a positive, productive, and well-organized office environment.
- Health, safety & vendor coordination: Maintain workplace health, safety, and office standards through regular inspections and monitoring, while coordinating with cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.

You recognize yourself in the following:
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Residing in or near Delfzijl
- Experience in office coordination,
- Office management
- Facilities management, administration, or a similar support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other workplace productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
