We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead and manage high-value façade and aluminum projects across the UAE and GCC. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.

Position Overview

The Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and façade projects. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, design teams, procurement, production, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end execution of aluminum and façade projects from award to handover.
• Develop project execution plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within contractual scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

Site & Construction Management

• Oversee site activities including installation of curtain walls, glazing, aluminum systems, and architectural metal works.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

Technical Coordination

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Design and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant requirements, and authority regulations.
• Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, and design coordination activities.

Commercial & Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
• Manage variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Planning teams to control material and resource costs.
• Ensure profitability and financial efficiency of projects.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates and technical reports.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Planning & Reporting

• Coordinate with Planning Engineers to track schedules and milestones.
• Review progress reports, KPIs, and project dashboards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of project documentation and close-out reports.

Quality, Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company QMS and HSE policies across all project activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture at project sites.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations and standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
