Operations Manager

at Albanani we are looking for a Remote Operations Manager to provide operational oversight and coordination for our construction projects across GCC. This role involves managing project workflows, coordinating with on-site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. The position is fully remote and reports to the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management
• Coordinate with on-site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure clear communication between field teams and the central office
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and implement corrective actions to address delays
• Ensure adherence to project schedules by reviewing look-ahead schedules and critical path updates
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites
• Support cost control efforts by monitoring labor, materials, and subcontractor budgets
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients and management
• Implement and maintain operational systems and standard operating procedures
• Provide daily project updates and operational reports to leadership
• Ensure all projects comply with quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction operations management or project management
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• PMP certification is preferred
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
