Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and coordinate civil and structural drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on engineering and construction-related matters.
Support site teams by providing technical clarifications and resolving drawing-related issues.
Prepare material requests and coordinate procurement requirements with relevant departments.
Prepare and submit material approval packages, technical submittals, and supporting documentation for consultant and client review.
Follow up on material approval status and address consultant comments to obtain timely approvals.
Review vendor technical submissions and ensure compliance with project specifications and approved standards.
Coordinate design changes, revisions, and updates with all project stakeholders.
Maintain engineering registers, drawing logs, material approval trackers, and related project documentation.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with client specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. MOHESR Equivalency mandatory.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and technical coordination roles.
Experience in electrical substation projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil drawings, construction methodologies, and material submittal processes.
Experience preparing and managing material approval documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
