Systems Engineer – Messaging & Groupware

Role Overview:

We are looking for Systems Engineer – Messaging & Groupware to manage Microsoft messaging and identity platforms, focusing on vulnerability remediation, security hardening, patch governance, and hybrid identity operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Active Directory, Exchange Hybrid, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and security compliance initiatives.
• Execute Exchange and Windows patching activities.
• Support Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity services.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Manage audit readiness, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in on-call support and incident response.
