Marketing Coordinator

Turkish Speaking Marketing Coordinator- Dubai

We’re working with a Dubai-based Digital Marketing company, delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for global iGaming clients .

They’re looking for a Turkish-Speaking Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution, CRM activity, marketing operations and cross-channel coordination across the wider marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate campaigns across CRM, email, SMS, social media and Telegram
• Manage campaign calendars, deadlines, promotions and communications
• Brief and work closely with external agencies, creative teams and internal stakeholders
• Support retention, reactivation and customer engagement campaigns
• Coordinate content, approvals, assets and messaging across multiple channels
• Track campaign performance and support reporting
• Work closely with the wider marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience in Marketing Coordination, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing Operations or a similar role
• Strong experience supporting or executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Exposure to CRM, email, SMS, social media and/or Telegram
• Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with agencies, creative teams or external partners
• Fluent Turkish is essential.
• Must already be based in Dubai.

Package & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 13,000 AED- 15,000 AED per month+ a 10% performance bonus , equivalent to approximately one additional monthly salary
