Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Specialist will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and advise clients on suitable residential, commercial, and retail properties. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms of sale or lease, and coordinating with developers, owners, and tenants to finalize transactions. The role involves staying current with Dubai real estate regulations and market trends, maintaining accurate property listings and documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Dubai.
• Experience in Sales within real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Background in Real Estate Development or investment advisory is an advantage.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and basic office software.
• Relevant real estate certifications or license in the UAE are preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
