The Role

We are looking for a Software Developer & Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of software applications and digital solutions. This role involves translating business and technical requirements into practical solutions, developing features, testing applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve software applications and digital solutions

• Translate functional and technical requirements into practical software solutions

• Design and implement application features, modules, and system improvements

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

• Test applications and features to identify and resolve technical issues

• Troubleshoot bugs, errors, performance issues, and application problems

• Work with databases, APIs, integrations, and other software components

• Participate in code reviews and follow established development practices

• Maintain technical documentation, development notes, and system information

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders

• Support software testing, deployment, updates, maintenance, and ongoing improvements

• Monitor assigned development tasks, priorities, milestones, and deadlines

• Research suitable technologies, tools, and development approaches when required

• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and development workflows

• Support technical problem-solving and continuous improvement across software projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, software engineering, application development, or a related field preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

• Strong understanding of software development principles and programming concepts

• Experience with one or more programming languages, frameworks, or development environments

• Familiarity with databases, APIs, version control, testing, and software development tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions

• Strong attention to detail and code quality

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to manage multiple technical tasks, priorities, and deadlines independently

• Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
