We are looking for a commercially smart and result-oriented Female Sales & Business Development to help us grow our B2B business.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities
✅ Develop relationships with corporate clients
✅ Cold calling, meetings, client visits & networking
✅ Prepare and follow up quotations
✅ Convert opportunities into sales and revenue
✅ Manage, guide and motivate our existing sales team
✅ Set team targets and monitor individual performance
✅ Review daily/weekly sales activities and pipeline
✅ Train team members and improve their sales approach
✅ Identify weak areas and take corrective action
✅ Develop new sales channels and market opportunities
✅ Report sales performance and results to management
