​BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PREMIUM CIGARS

Dubai & UAE | Commission-Based

​A Dubai-based premium cigar company is seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development / Sales Representative to expand its presence across the UAE luxury hospitality and on-trade market.

​The Role:

* ​Identify and open new accounts across luxury hotels, cigar lounges, restaurants, beach clubs, golf clubs and hospitality groups.

* ​Build direct relationships with F&B Directors, General Managers, Purchasing/Procurement teams and other key decision-makers.

* ​Present our premium cigar portfolio and provide product samples to prospective accounts.

​ Follow opportunities from initial introduction through account opening and first order.

* ​Maintain strong relationships with newly acquired accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.

* ​Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.

​ Candidate Profile:

° ​Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/business development experience in the UAE

° ​Experience in cigars, tobacco, luxury hospitality, premium beverages or HORECA strongly preferred

° ​Existing network within Dubai’s luxury hospitality/on-trade sector is a major advantage.

° ​Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

° ​Professional appearance and confidence dealing with senior hospitality decision-makers

​Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.

° ​Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.

​ Compensation:

- Attractive commission on successfully generated business.

- ​Candidates with an established network within the UAE cigar, tobacco or luxury hospitality industry will be given priority.
