About RovaMED

RovaMED is a Dubai-based medical aesthetics company specializing in innovative products and technologies for dermatology and aesthetic clinics across the UAE.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and manage the execution of our marketing activities and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage RovaMED’s social media platforms and content calendar.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate professional photo and video shoots for products, doctors, clinics, and events.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, workshops, masterclasses, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, agencies, influencers, doctors, and clinics.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Generate and track marketing leads and coordinate closely with the sales team.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and marketing activities within the UAE aesthetic industry.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports covering campaign performance, leads, engagement, and key KPIs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of RovaMED’s corporate and product brand identities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience with Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of content creation, photography, reels, and short-form video.
• Excellent written and spoken English and arabic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, skincare, or pharmaceutical marketing is highly preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing, not simply post content.

The ideal candidate should be creative but also commercially minded, able to turn marketing activities into measurable brand growth, qualified leads, and business opportunities.
