WE ARE HIRING: Business Development Executive
Company: Tile’o Trading LLC
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the same industry in the UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month + Commission
Industry: Porcelain Tiles & Sanitary Ware
Tile’o Trading LLC is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote our range of porcelain tiles and sanitary ware to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with designers, contractors, developers, consultants, and other industry professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client portfolio. Generate sales and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with clients, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and interior design sectors.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE in the tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or related industry.
- Strong network and relationships with designers, contractors, developers, and consultants is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good understanding of the UAE construction, interiors, and building materials market.
