HSE And Sustainability Engineer

Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supporting environmental accounting and sustainability reporting
• Responsible for carbon accounting, reporting, and compliance submissions to regulators and other relevant oil and gas authorities.
• Leading client aspects of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies
• Supporting development and maintaining of company and asset Environmental Management Plans
• Supporting and assisting in HSE Auditing and assurance activities

Role Latitude Primary Duties and Responsibilities: It’s envisaged that the role would be Sharjah-based with occasional trips to Kurdistan and potentially Federal Iraq.

Training Opportunities Include

• ESIA liaison with consultant companies
• Auditing and assurance
• Environmental reporting using SAP software

Minimum Educational, Technical Qualifications/Certifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental engineering/ science/ management
• At least three years’ experience of ESIA (client or consultant)
