HR Recruitment Officer

Electronics Bazaar FZC is looking for a high-calibre, proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end UAE & international recruitment
• Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and databases
• Handle international sourcing and global talent acquisition
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate communication and recruitment follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records and hiring reports
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Assist with HR operations and employee documentation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

UAE HR/Recruitment experience mandatory
International recruitment / global hiring experience
Strong sourcing, headhunting and screening skills
Fluent English & Hindi – Mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, proactive and positive approach
Good knowledge of UAE HR practices & Labour Law
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS and recruitment platforms

ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
High-volume recruitment experience will be an advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
