• Mechanical Engineering

Previous Advanced NDT experience is valuable, but for the right candidates, potential, technical mindset and willingness to learn are equally important.

YOUR DEVELOPMENT

Selected engineers will enter a structured technical development pathway with training funded by SHARK Consulting , including exposure to Advanced NDT methodologies, field inspection practices, asset integrity engineering and proprietary technologies.

Our objective is to develop engineers capable of progressing from field execution to:

• Advanced NDT inspection

• Data acquisition and interpretation

• Corrosion and degradation assessment

• Pressure vessel and piping integrity

• Pipeline and tank inspection

• Offshore inspection campaigns

• Fitness-for-Service support

• Remaining Life Assessment

• RBI and integrity decision support

• Technical reporting and client interaction

INTERNATIONAL CAREER

This is not recruitment for one short-term project.

We are building a permanent international engineering team for long-term employment and continuous participation in projects across the Oil & Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors.

Successful candidates should be prepared for frequent international travel and offshore/onshore assignments worldwide .

WHAT WE REQUIRE

✓ Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification

✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

✓ High level of personal responsibility and professionalism

✓ Strong interest in Advanced NDT and Asset Integrity

✓ Ability to work safely in industrial and offshore environments

✓ Willingness to travel internationally

✓ Native-level / full professional English proficiency for technical communication, reporting and international client interaction

✓ Ability to obtain the visas, medical clearances, offshore certifications and work permissions required for international assignments
