About this Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced ICT Senior Manager to provide strategic ICT leadership and drive digital adoption, innovation and operational excellence across the organisation. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Digital, IT & AI, you will lead the development and execution of Cyan Renewables’ ICT strategy, ensuring technology is leveraged to create business value, enhance security and support long-term business growth.

You will oversee ICT operations, cybersecurity, technology projects, digital transformation, risk management, budgeting and vendor relationships while leading and developing a high-performing ICT team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ICT strategy in alignment with business objectives, growth plans and operational priorities.
  • Lead technology projects and digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business and operational benefits.
  • Provide strategic leadership across cybersecurity, ICT governance, risk management and compliance, including ISO 27001 and NIST-aligned practices.
  • Drive automation, digitalisation and emerging technology adoption to improve efficiency, agility and user experience.
  • Oversee ICT infrastructure, systems and service delivery, ensuring reliable and effective support across all locations.
  • Manage ICT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, technology investments and cost optimisation to maximise business value.
  • Strategic technology investments support long-term organisational resilience and growth.
  • IT cost optimisation strategies (e.g., vendor negotiations, cloud cost management, automation efficiencies) ensure sustainable financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including contract and commercial negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain effective ICT risk, business continuity and incident response frameworks.
  • Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing ICT team, promoting collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
  • Partner with senior leaders and business functions to ensure technology solutions support business performance, resilience and long-term growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in ICT management, with strong experience in strategy development and execution.
  • Proven ability to align ICT strategy and technology investments with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Strong experience across cybersecurity, digital transformation, IT project delivery, enterprise infrastructure, cloud solutions and application management.
  • Experience managing cloud-first strategies and hybrid IT environments, including cloud cost optimisation.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams, with strong leadership, people management and change management capabilities.
  • Experience managing ICT systems within regulated environments, with knowledge of governance, data protection and security standards.
  • Strong experience in ICT budgeting, cost control and financial management, including P&L responsibility and ROI-focused investment decisions.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, technology transformation and business process optimisation.
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation, data analytics and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, safety, collaboration and security awareness.
  • Experience managing multi-site ICT environments, including offshore and remote locations, is desirable.
  • Exposure to ICT integration in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is desirable.
