This role requires strong Life Insurance domain knowledge and hands-on experience with the Life Asia (LA) system. The role is responsible for reviewing user requirements, user stories, test plans, and test results, as well as performing testing insurance policy administration processes with the Life Asia system, ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description:

  • Review user requirements and user stories to ensure completeness, clarity, and testability.

  • Review UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure adequate coverage of business requirements.

  • Review and validate UAT test results, test evidence, and defect resolutions to support testing sign-off.

  • Perform functional testing of the Life Asia (LA) insurance system.

  • Validate end-of-end policy lifecycle (Policy issuance, servicing, claims, maturity, etc.)

  • Execute test cases, validate results, and ensure business and system requirements are met.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and compliance teams.

  • Prepare test documentation and reports.

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Strong knowledge of insurance policy lifecycle.

  • Good understanding of manual testing methodologies, test execution, defect management, and testing best practices.

  • Experience reviewing user requirements, user stories, UAT test plans, test cases, and test results.

  • Familiarity with testing and project management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM.

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and identify gaps, risks, and potential impacts on system functionality.

Working Experience

  • Experience in Life Insurance domain testing

  • Hands-on experience with Life Asia system.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree holder
