​Role Overview

​We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics fulfillment. In this role, you will lead warehouse personnel, manage the receipt and dispatch of heavy fitness machinery and accessories, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate smooth deliveries and installations across the UAE.

​Key Responsibilities

​Warehouse & Inventory Operations

​Manage end-to-end warehouse workflows: receiving, unloading, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.

​Oversee container offloading, palletization, and safe handling of heavy gym machinery, weights, and racks.

​Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies within the inventory management system.

​Optimize warehouse layout, racking systems, and storage space for maximum operational efficiency and safety.

​Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

​Supervise the preparation of B2C e-commerce orders and B2B commercial project shipments.

​Coordinate closely with the logistics, delivery, and installation teams to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery to customers.

​Inspect outgoing shipments for completeness, proper assembly parts, and protective packaging.

​Team Leadership & Safety

​Direct, train, and supervise warehouse helpers, loaders, and material handlers.

​Enforce strict occupational health and safety standards (HSE) for material handling, heavy lifting, and equipment operation (pallet jacks, stackers, forklifts).

​Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and fully compliant warehouse facility at all times.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably within fitness equipment, heavy machinery, furniture, or retail logistics.

​Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems / ERP software and MS Excel.

​Physical & Operational Capability: Hands-on leader capable of supervising heavy equipment offloading, racking, and staging.

​Leadership: Strong team-management, delegation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

​Communication: Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a distinct advantage).

​Certifications/Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License and forklift operating certification are highly desirable.
