Role Summary
An Innovation Lab Technical Coordinator leads the execution of research, experimentation, and proof-of-concept initiatives within the Innovation Lab. Acting as the operational owner of the experiment portfolio, the role coordinates internal teams, vendors, startups, and academic partners to rapidly validate ideas, deliver evidence-based outcomes, and ensure experiments are executed efficiently, safely, and within agreed timelines and scope.

- Experiments are properly scoped, measurable, and time-boxed.
- PoCs are delivered on schedule and produce actionable evidence.
- Risks, blockers, and dependencies are identified and addressed early.
- Stakeholders remain engaged and informed throughout the experiment lifecycle.
- Outcomes are documented, reusable, and shared across the organization.
- Successful experiments are transitioned to delivery teams, while unsuccessful experiments generate clear lessons learned.
- Multiple concurrent experiments are managed without loss of quality or governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own experiment health, scope, timeline, and delivery status.
- Define hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement approaches.
- Coordinate technical teams, business sponsors, vendors, startups, and academic partners.
- Facilitate experiment planning, execution reviews, and outcome assessments.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Ensure prototypes, pilots, and PoCs are executed according to agreed objectives.
- Consolidate findings into recommendations and decision-ready reports.
- Support the transition of successful experiments into production delivery streams.
- Maintain the Innovation Lab experiment backlog and overall portfolio visibility.
