As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture. We want to create an environment where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work, through our flexible hybrid working model.

We can offer you a new challenge, with interesting tasks and much more – including an open corporate culture, flat hierarchies, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, and an excellent range of foods, sports and cultural facilities.

  • Insights into how hearing instruments and chargers manage power and energy efficiency
  • Practical data analysis skills and the opportunity to contribute to engineering decisions through testing results
