Role Description

This is a full-time role, with 70% office based & 30% on site – as the Head of AV Practice at 4FRONT covering UAE & KSA. As the Head of AV Practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AV technology solutions for our clients. You will manage and lead a team of AV professionals, oversee project delivery, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on AV technology trends and advancements to maintain company standards, as a market leader.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in AV technology, systems, and solutions
• 10+ years’ experience in the technology / AV industry
• Experience in designing and implementing AV solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and meet client requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Existing relationships with AV Channel from attending events and partner product launches
• Develop AMC business to generate run-rate Revenues
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field would be an advantage
