⚠️ MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):

✅ Experience: 3 to 4 years of dedicated experience in Electrical and MEP Drafting within the UAE/Gulf region. A stable career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required.

✅ Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Drafting.

✅ Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Load Schedules, Lux Calculations, Cable Containment Layouts, or Material BOQs.

✅ Software/Tools: Working proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP, BIM, and DIALux.

✅ Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with cross-disciplinary MEP teams.

✅ Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in UAE (Valid Employment Visa mandatory) .

➡️ Position Overview

The Electrical Draughtsman will develop detailed electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and layout designs for high-impact engineering projects across the UAE. The candidate will perform Lux calculations, draft Material BOQs, and ensure strict compliance with DEWA regulations while coordinating seamlessly across MEP services.

💼 Core Responsibilities

✔️ Electrical Drafting: Prepare detailed electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and comprehensive Load Schedules.

✔️ Layout Design: Create precise layouts for lighting, small power, and cable containment systems using AutoCAD Electrical and Revit MEP.

✔️ Technical Calculations: Perform accurate Lux calculations and design optimized lighting systems adhering to project standards.

✔️ Regulatory Compliance: Interpret contract drawings/specifications and ensure all deliverables fully comply with DEWA regulations.

✔️ Coordination & BOQs: Coordinate with interdisciplinary services to prevent spatial clashes and prepare comprehensive Material Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
