3D Trophy Designer — Freelance to Full-Time Opportunity

IJK Labs is looking for a talented 3D Trophy Designer to join our growing creative and manufacturing team.

We receive custom trophy and award projects and are looking for a designer who understands how to turn a concept into a real, manufacturable product—not just an attractive render.

The initial arrangement will be freelance and project-based. For the right person, we are open to developing the relationship into a full-time position.

What we are looking for:

- Experience designing trophies, awards, products, ornaments, or display pieces.

- Strong Blender, ZBrush, or equivalent 3D modeling skills.

- Understanding of 3D printing, mould-making, casting, finishing, and assembly.

- Ability to split complex designs into practical manufacturing parts.

- Understanding of mould access, undercuts, wall thickness, joining points, and assembly.

- Ability to create clean, editable, production-ready models.

- Professional client-ready renders.

- Good file organization and communication.

- Ability to work quickly and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to record the design process when required.

AI tools may be used as part of the design workflow. However, the final work must be properly developed, editable, manufacturable, and suitable for real production.

We are looking for someone who understands the complete process:

Concept → 3D model → separated parts → 3D printing → moulding/casting → finishing → assembly → final trophy.
