We are developing multiple luxury warehouse projects and looking for an architect who can create simple, elegant, modern and visually striking elevations without unnecessary complexity.

We want someone who can transform a simple building into a premium design through proportion, materials, façade composition, lighting, colours, textures and details.

What We Are Looking For

Create simple, beautiful and elegant elevations

Develop modern, premium-looking façades

Understand proportion, balance, rhythm and visual hierarchy

Use materials, textures, colours, glazing, fins, louvers, canopies and lighting creatively

Develop cost-effective concepts without compromising aesthetics

Transform basic warehouses into luxury contemporary designs

Develop multiple façade concepts and select the best solution

Understand what makes a building premium, modern and commercially attractive

Balance aesthetics, functionality, constructability and cost

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for reviewing and coordinating all architectural drawings

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) guidelines and authority requirements

Be well versed with BUILD IN DUBAI authority submissions, procedures and requirements

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, civil and other disciplines

Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, details and material submissions

Identify design discrepancies and construction issues

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams

Develop and review elevations, façade concepts and details

Provide practical architectural solutions for site conditions

Ensure construction reflects the approved design intent

Coordinate authority comments, revisions and approvals

Review as-built drawings and architectural documentation

Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of DM guidelines and approval procedures

Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements

Strong knowledge of BUILD IN DUBAI submissions

Excellent AutoCAD skills

Ability to coordinate architectural, structural & MEP drawings

Experience in architectural detailing and construction drawings

Revit / BIM knowledge is an advantage

3D modelling / visualization skills: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.

Strong understanding of façade materials and construction methods

Strong presentation and conceptual design skills

Work Location: In person
