The position
As a Technical Project Manager at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing Assembly, Integration & Test activities throughout the development lifecycle of complex engineering projects. You will ensure that planning, test facilities, resources, and execution are aligned to deliver high-quality solutions safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and other key stakeholders, you will play a central role in coordinating multidisciplinary activities and driving successful project delivery.
- Coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple projects
- Develop and manage AIT planning, scheduling, and execution strategies
- Coordinate the availability and utilization of internal test facilities and resources
- Ensure test plans are executed in accordance with quality, safety, and project requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, risks, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for AIT processes and methodologies
- Support technical reviews, integration activities, and project execution
What you bring to the position
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Approximately 5–10 years of experience in engineering project coordination, Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT), or a similar technical environment
- Experience coordinating engineering activities within a complex, multidisciplinary, or high-tech environment
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Experience within the aerospace, space, defence, or other high-tech industries
- Familiarity with systems integration, testing, and verification processes
- Experience working in highly regulated or quality-driven engineering environments
