- As a Senior Security Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security systems such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, control rooms, and command centers. Your key responsibilities include supervising site installations, configurations, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. You’ll also coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project timelines and deliverables. Conducting site inspections and enforcing quality control procedures will be part of your role, as well as providing technical support and proposing value-engineered solutions to optimize system performance. Additionally, you’ll lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians throughout project execution.

- To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, BMS, and other related technologies, is required. Proven track records in project execution, testing, and commissioning are highly desirable. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

- ADMCC / SIRA certifications are highly preferred. A valid driving license is also required. Experience with leading security platforms and brands such as GENETEC, Milestone, AXIS, PELCO, Nedap, Lenel, and Honeywell is a plus.
