Customer Support Executive (3-Month Renewable Contract)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose:

Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet service quality and response time targets.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of customer service/support experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Contract: 3-Month Renewable Contract.
