We are a leading luxury hospitality group in Dubai seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. This is a confidential search for a premier property renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences and world-class spa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of luxury spa treatments including massage, facials, body wraps, and holistic therapies to the highest international standards
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards across all treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory
• Provide expert guidance on retail products and aftercare to enhance the guest wellness journey
• Collaborate seamlessly with front desk and wellness teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service flow
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Recognized international certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or related wellness discipline (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa or high-end wellness resort
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone preferred)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong commitment to guest-centric service , discretion, and professionalism
• Valid UAE work eligibility or willingness to relocate
