We are particularly interested in lawyers with strong experience in TMT, including:

  • Advise on data protection, privacy and cyber security matters, including data processing, cross-border transfers and incident response.
  • Provide legal support for digital products, platforms, AI and emerging technologies , enabling compliant innovation and product launches.
  • Partner closely with commercial, product, IT and procurement teams to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal advice .
  • Monitor and advise on technology-related regulatory developments , identifying and mitigating legal and operational risk.
  • Manage external counsel and contribute to governance, compliance frameworks and internal legal processes .

Successful candidates will:

  • Be admitted in a common law or other recognised international jurisdiction.
  • Typically have 8+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience and role).
  • Have experience gained in private practice and in-house.
  • Be adaptable, pragmatic, and comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Have a consultant mindset and enjoy working closely with the business.

Why RAYNE?

  • Access to high-quality in-house secondments with trusted clients
  • Exposure to different sectors, teams, and working environments
  • A consultancy built on relationships, transparency, and trust
  • Ongoing support before, during, and after each secondment
  • Adaptable and flexible working options that work for you

If you are a technology lawyer interested in a more flexible, relationship-driven way of working, without sacrificing quality, we’d love to hear from you.
