Lawyer - Insolvency

We are working with an international law firm based in Dubai for an Associate to join their Insolvency team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Insolvency team in Dubai, advising insolvency practitioners, banks, financial institutions, corporations, directors, shareholders, private equity funds and high-net-worth individuals on complex regional and cross-border disputes.

The role will involve commercial litigation, contentious insolvency and restructuring, company and partnership disputes, regulatory investigations and financial services matters. The successful candidate will also advise on liquidations, receiverships, schemes of arrangement, security enforcement, injunctions, asset recovery and debt recovery, while managing key client relationships and contributing to business development across the region.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Strong insolvency law background;
• Strong drafting skills;
• Excellent academics;
• Analytical;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication skills;
• Flexible and collaborative team player.
