HR Officer – Falcon Group of Companies | UAE
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Officer to establish and manage a professional HR function while maintaining our family-oriented, relationship-driven culture.
This is an opportunity for an HR professional who can work independently, build trust across all levels of the organization, and develop practical HR processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding for both office and production roles.
- Develop and manage employee onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and development plans.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and day-to-day HR concerns with confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Develop and implement practical HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with company requirements and UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs and identify training needs with department heads.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, employment documentation, and other HR records.
- Manage and coordinate visa, work permit, sponsorship, and related employee administration for expatriate employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law requirements, including employment contracts, leave, WPS, and end-of-service benefits.
- Work closely with ownership, management, department heads, supervisors, and employees to resolve HR matters effectively.
- Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR metrics to support management decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and utilize HR technology or AI tools where appropriate.
- Spend regular time with production/floor employees to understand their concerns and build strong working relationships.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of HR generalist experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as the sole HR professional or within a very small HR team.
- Experience in an organization with approximately 50–500 employees, including both office and production/floor-based employees.
- Proven experience creating and implementing HR policies or processes from the ground up.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience handling visa, work permit, and sponsorship matters for expatriate employees.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage HR activities from start to finish.
- Willingness to spend at least one full day per week on the production floor.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Tamil.
- Experience with HR software, AI tools, or digital HR solutions.
- Experience working within a family-owned or relationship-driven organization.
