HR Executive / HR Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Specialist to support and manage key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of partnering with management to drive HR initiatives and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and UAE labor law.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CHRP, CHRM, CIPD, or equivalent HR certification.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of payroll and employee benefits administration.
