Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant & Financial Analyst to manage daily accounting activities while providing meaningful financial insights across our group of companies.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, monitor business performance, prepare management reports and support leadership with budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.

* Maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies and business divisions.

* Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports.

* Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability and operational performance by company, department and project.

* Prepare consolidated management reports and financial dashboards.

* Develop budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.

* Compare actual results against budgets and identify significant variances.

* Monitor outstanding receivables, supplier payments and intercompany transactions.

* Perform bank, credit-card and payment-gateway reconciliations.

* Track project costs, commissions, payroll expenses and departmental performance.

* Support VAT filings, corporate tax compliance and financial audits in accordance with UAE regulations.

* Identify cost-saving opportunities, financial risks and areas for performance improvement.

* Establish and improve accounting procedures, financial controls and reporting systems.

* Present clear financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

* Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers and internal departments.

* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial and company information.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting and financial analysis experience.

* Previous experience in the UAE is strongly preferred.

* Good knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and accounting regulations.

* Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, Xero, SAP or similar platforms.

* Experience managing accounts for multiple companies or business divisions is an advantage.

* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

* Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

* ACCA, CMA, CPA or another recognised professional qualification.

* Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, tourism, interior design or maintenance businesses.

* Experience preparing consolidated group reports and management dashboards.
