We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management consultancy (PMc), specializing in real estate developments including private villas and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in project management with part of that in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates with an architectural background.

The Project Manager must have comprehensive knowledge of the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept and feasibility through design, execution, and turnkey delivery. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-end villa projects.
  • Control project programme, budget, quality, and scope.
  • Administer the contract and manage variations, claims, and commercial exposure.
  • Plan and manage tendering, bid evaluation, and contractor appointment processes.
  • Control budgets, cash flows, and schedules, and implement recovery strategies where required.
  • Manage all communications and coordination between Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities. Lead and manage project governance, coordination meetings, and decision-making processes, including the issuance of formal Minutes of Meeting and executive reports to Management and the Employer.
  • Oversee site performance through structured reviews and delegated inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Support dispute avoidance and resolution.
  • Prepare and review feasibility studies and provide development advisory input.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, authority requirements, and NOC conditions.
  • Demonstrated capability in protecting the Employer’s interests through proactive project and contract management.
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate the project team, including engineers, consultants, and support staff, to ensure effective delivery of project objectives.
  • Ability to make timely and sound decisions in complex and high-pressure project environments.
  • Ability to manage change effectively and adapt project strategies in response to evolving project conditionsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of total experience, including 4+ years in project management and experience in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of FIDIC contracts and construction regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and private villa developments.
  • Previous experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage complex real estate projects across all phases.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulations and approval processes of Dubai’s authorities.
  • Preferred: Architectural Engineering background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
