Oasis Cuisines LLC is a UAE-based food manufacturing group established in 1998, with a multi-brand portfolio across bakery, snacks, confectionery, and roastery categories, including Royal Breads, Bread King, Tasty, and Oasis Roastery.

With approximately 500 employees, close to 1,000 SKUs, and an in-house van sales distribution network, Oasis is currently undertaking an organisation-wide ERP implementation and business process improvement initiative.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Implementation & Business Process Coordinator to support our ongoing ERP implementation and business transformation activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, management, and the ERP implementation partner to coordinate requirements, document business processes, support testing and data migration, follow up on implementation activities, and assist users during the ERP rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of the ERP implementation project.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Distribution teams to understand business requirements.
• Assist in documenting existing processes and preparing clear process flows, requirements, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with the ERP vendor/implementation partner and follow up on pending requirements, configurations, issues, and deliverables.
• Maintain ERP implementation trackers and provide regular progress updates.
• Support master data collection, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Assist departments with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain proper records of identified issues.
• Follow up with users and the ERP vendor to ensure identified issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
• Support user training, system adoption, and change-management activities.
• Identify process gaps, repetitive manual activities, and opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, operational reports, dashboards, and management information from the ERP.
• Maintain documentation related to ERP processes, workflows, approvals, configurations, and implementation decisions.
• Provide basic post-implementation coordination and user support.
• Perform other ERP and business-process-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business process coordination, MIS, operations, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Exposure to any ERP system would be an advantage.
• Understanding of master data, UAT, data migration, reporting, and ERP workflows is preferred.
• Manufacturing, food/FMCG, distribution, or retail experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work comfortably with data and reports.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, documentation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users from different departments and follow up with external ERP vendors.
• Willingness to learn business operations in detail and develop a career in ERP and business systems.
• Programming/software development experience is not required.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who is hands-on, organised, eager to learn, and strong in follow-up and coordination. The candidate should be comfortable working with both business users and technical/ERP teams and should have an interest in understanding how different departments work together through an ERP system.

The position offers strong exposure to a large-scale ERP implementation covering manufacturing, inventory, sales, finance, procurement, and distribution operations, with opportunities to grow into an ERP Specialist, Business Systems Analyst, or ERP Implementation Lead role.
