English Language Teacher

Excellent English Language Training L.L.C. is looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled English Language Instructor to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional command of spoken and written English, native-level fluency, clear and accurate pronunciation, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons to learners of different ages and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with students’ levels and learning goals.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Create a supportive, interactive, and motivating classroom environment.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson materials and adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Participate in academic activities, workshops, and promotional events when required.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the academic team.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Clear, natural, and easily understandable English pronunciation.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or an equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred.
• Previous experience teaching English to adults and/or young learners.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make lessons practical, engaging, and conversation-focused.
• Professional, reliable, flexible, and committed to student success.
• Experience working in a language institute in the UAE is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai or able to relocate are encouraged to apply.
