Procer hires, on behalf of its Client, Trojan Construction Holding, a major UAE construction and infrastructure group, a Head of Planning to lead the Group's planning function from its Abu Dhabi headquarters.

Position Details

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Duration: Permanent

• Work Model: Trojan Home Office

Role Definition

• Manages the Planning function in the organization, on both tendering and construction planning
• Reports to the Board for all planning activities in the EPC mega infrastructure company

Reports to: Top Executives / Board

Supervises: Planning team of approximately 30 professional

What We Request

1. 18–20 years of construction planning experience in mega infrastructure projects (projects exceeding AED 500 million)
2. 8–10+ years in senior planning leadership roles Planning Director/ Planning Manager for EPC Infrastructure
3. Critical skills / familiar with:

• Strong expertise in CPM, delay analysis, productivity analysis and schedule risk
• Hands-on experience with EOT programmes, claims and FIDIC-related planning requirements
• Experience integrating engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning schedules
• Experience with resource loading, cost loading, EVM, forecasting and KPI reporting

1. Certifications:

• PMP certification is preferred.
• AACE International (Planning & Scheduling Professional – PSP or equivalent)
• PMI, CIOB, ICE , or equivalent is preferred

1. UAE/GCC experience required , with Saudi Arabia/KSA project experience – 5 years
