Position: Surveys Manager
JPC: 6380
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience:5+ Years
Job Required
- Develop and structure surveys that reflect the organisation s values, objectives, and strategic priorities, in coordination with Organizational Strategy and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate survey roll out and execution, monitor survey population and response rates, and follow up with teams to ensure adequate participation.
- Analyse survey responses and produce clear, structured reports combining quantitative results and qualitative insights.
- Synthesize findings into concise, leadership ready outputs highlighting key themes, strengths, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Experience in survey design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Effective coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
