DIRECTOR, INDUSTRIAL TRANSACTIONS - KSA

Location: Riyadh or Jeddah | Experience: 10+ Years

Responsibilities

• Lead JLL's industrial transactions business across KSA

• Provide strategic advisory to institutional investors, developers, and corporate clients

• Oversee advisory/options reports and reporting to senior clients and stakeholders

• Drive new business development and major client acquisition

• Lead complex industrial leasing and investment transactions

• Build, manage, and mentor high-performing team

• Collaborate across departments regionally and internationally

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and promote JLL cross-selling

• Represent JLL as thought leader through presentations and publications

• Contribute to sales/marketing materials (white papers, interviews, podcasts)

Profile

• Degree in real estate, business, or related field; advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred

• 10+ years in industrial/logistics real estate across MENA

• Proven business development and client relationship track record

• Strong knowledge of KSA or UAE industrial/logistics markets

• Excellent English skills; Arabic highly desirable

• Strong negotiation and deal-making ability for complex transactions

• Excellent communication/presentation skills including C-level engagement

• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability

SENIOR MANAGER, INDUSTRIAL TRANSACTIONS - KSA

Location: Riyadh or Jeddah | Experience: 8-10 Years

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial leasing and investment sales across Saudi Arabia

• Manage institutional and corporate client relationships

• Provide strategic advisory on site selection, lease structuring, and dispositions

• Oversee advisory/options reports and reporting to senior clients and stakeholders

• Drive new business development and major client acquisition

• Prepare and deliver client presentations

• Manage and mentor junior team members

• Maintain comprehensive KSA market knowledge

• Collaborate across departments regionally and internationally

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and promote JLL cross-selling

• Contribute to sales/marketing materials (white papers, interviews, podcasts)

Profile

• Degree in real estate, business, or related field; advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred

• 8-10 years in industrial/logistics real estate across MENA

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi | Experience: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial leasing and sales/purchase transactions for end-users and owners

• Manage client relationships and provide strategic advisory

• Conduct client meetings, viewings, and negotiations

• Utilize JLL platform tools and real estate online listing platforms

• Maintain in-house databases and log live tenant requirements

• Drive new business development through client targeting and presentations

• Contribute to revenue generation

• Collaborate across departments regionally and internationally

• Represent JLL at client presentations and market events per JLL protocols

Profile

• Degree in real estate, business, or related field

• 3-5 years in industrial/logistics real estate in UAE or MENA

• Strong UAE market knowledge (Dubai and Abu Dhabi)

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English

• Arabic proficiency highly desirable

• Client-focused with entrepreneurial drive

INDUSTRIAL TRANSACTIONS ANALYST - UAE

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi | Experience: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities

• Support industrial leasing and sales transactions

• Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and presentations

• Coordinate viewings and attend client meetings

• Conduct market research on properties, rates, and trends

• Maintain databases with property and tenant information

• Support client communications and business development

• Utilize JLL platforms and listing tools

Profile

• Degree in real estate, business, or related field

• 1-2 years in real estate or related field

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Arabic highly desirable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Highly motivated and eager to learn
