Group Classes Instructor

We are a Sports Management company, seeking an energetic group class trainer to join our fitness team in Abu Dhabi with the following terms.

Requirements

:

• leads the group exercise sessions to help participants meet their fitness goals.
• Plan and execute various safe group sessions using a clear structure, such as a warmup, intensity peak, and cooldown, while matching exercises to music tempos.
• Deliver an engaging, high-energy environment that encourages member retention and community building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduated or at least High school.
• 3 years minimum experience in providing various group classes, such as Pilates, Strength and conditioning, Yoga, CrossFit, Etc.
• designing training programs and coaching proper exercise technique for individuals and groups.
• Knowledge of exercise science, health, and wellness within the fitness industry.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
