Position

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m).

You know how to build brands and drive business on social? As a Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m), you'll take strategic and commercial responsibility for complex social media accounts and campaigns. You develop innovative strategies, challenge briefs and guide projects from idea to execution. As a trusted sparring partner for clients and interdisciplinary teams, you set direction, drive quality and identify opportunities for innovation.

Your tasks:

  • Taking strategic and commercial responsibility for complex social media accounts and campaigns

  • Developing cross-platform and social-first strategies based on objectives, audiences and customer journeys

  • Advising clients at eye level and presenting strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Leading campaigns, productions and workflows from concept to execution

  • Managing budgets, KPIs and performance, including reporting and strategic recommendations

  • Driving innovation through new platforms, technologies, trends and creative opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • Several years of experience in social media, ideally in an agency or creative environment

  • Proven track record managing complex accounts with responsibility for performance, budgets and quality

  • Excellent strategic, conceptual and analytical skills

  • Strong understanding of social culture, platforms and creative possibilities

  • Strong commercial awareness and confident budget management

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and client advisory skills, both in German and English
