We are currently looking for a Senior Expert Global Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) for our Headquarters in Stuttgart / Germany.
The Senior Expert Global Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) is responsible for supporting the Vice President Compensation & Benefits and Mobility in designing, managing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving compensation and benefits programs to align across Exyte’s global organization with the Global strategy. The role develops scalable, market-competitive, and compliant solutions that balance global consistency with local market and regulatory requirements. Working globally, this position partners with HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, and external advisors to strengthen global job architecture, pay structures, incentive programs, benefits governance, and annual reward processes that support attraction, retention, engagement, and internal equity.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Global Reward Strategy & Program Design: Partner with the VP Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility to develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies, frameworks, and governance models that balance enterprise-wide consistency with local market, legal, and business requirements.
- Global Process Ownership & Execution: Lead and optimize global compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews, bonus planning, pay decisions, budgeting, and benefits harmonization across multiple countries and regions.
- Global Analytics, Benchmarking & Technology: Drive global market benchmarking, reward analytics, pay equity assessments, workforce cost forecasting, and data-driven reporting to support strategic reward and workforce decisions.
- Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Establish and maintain robust global compensation and benefits policies, governance structures, and compliance frameworks while ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Global Stakeholder Advisory & Change Enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, leading global change initiatives, policy transformations, and reward program implementations.
- Vendor & External Partner Management: Own the global vendor strategy for Compensation & Benefits, including provider selection, contract management, service quality oversight, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Global Scope: Operate effectively across international regions, cultures, and time zones, fostering collaboration within a global environment and supporting business needs through occasional international travel.
- Program & Project Leadership: Lead complex global reward projects, including M&A integrations, job architecture initiatives, compensation technology implementations, pay transparency programs, benefits harmonization, and organizational change activities.
Show your expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Multiple years of professional experience, including significant experience in global or multi-country compensation and benefits roles
- Deep expertise in global compensation and benefits strategy, job architecture, market benchmarking, salary structures, incentive design, and annual reward processes.
- Strong knowledge of global governance and the ability to translate enterprise principles into practical, locally compliant solutions.
- Experience working across multiple countries and regions within a complex, matrixed multinational organization.
- Advanced analytical, financial-modeling, and data-visualization capability, including expert-level Excel skills and experience with HRIS and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executives and align diverse global and regional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong project, change, and vendor-management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent global initiatives.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills; professional fluency in English.
- Fluent in German with a strong knowledge of German laws essential. What we offer you
