  • Oversee critical physical infrastructure projects, including SIRA-compliant CCTV enhancements, centralized door access governance, and AV setups for regional meeting hubs.
  • Manage end-to-end IT onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle governance in coordination with HR.
  • ERP Governance & Process Automation (Execution Pillar)
  • Partner closely with the ERP Project Manager to support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, managing complex access requests, financial dimension assignments, and role-based security.
  • Extract, clean, and transform ERP data to ensure structural integrity across multiple business entities.
  • Act as the technical liaison for external vendors (e.g., Valid, TechMantra), overseeing SLA adherence and system architecture alignment.
  • Engineer and deploy advanced Power Automate workflows to standardize and accelerate cross-departmental IT request handling.

Competency & Qualification Requirements Technical Proficiencies

  • Data & Advanced Analytics: Proven expertise in Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and enterprise data visualization tools.
  • ERP & Architecture: Deep understanding of ERP data migrations, Microsoft Dynamics architecture, and business process mapping.
  • IT High Availability: Hands-on experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, network infrastructure, and Tier 1-3 helpdesk ticketing.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks, endpoint protection, and disaster recovery readiness.

Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
