IT Program Manager - Infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management, with significant infrastructure exposure.
• Strong experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure programs.
• Good understanding of Cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/OCI), Data Centers, Networking, Servers, Storage, VMware/Virtualization, Backup and Disaster Recovery.
• Preference will be given to candidates with academic qualifications from recognized universities in the UK, Canada, or USA.
• Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, RAID management, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
• Native English Speakers/ British Passport Holders preferred.
