We're looking for an AI & Virtual Assistant Tester who is passionate about delivering exceptional conversational AI experiences and validating intelligent systems before they reach customers.

What You'll Be Working On

✅ Conversational AI & Virtual Assistant Testing

✅ LLM Response Validation & Hallucination Detection

✅ Prompt & Prompt Engineering Testing

✅ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Validation

✅ NLU/NLP Testing (Intent & Entity Validation)

✅ Context & Memory Testing

✅ API, Integration & Regression Testing

✅ Performance, Security & Usability Testing

✅ AI Ethics, Bias & Responsible AI Validation

Technical Skills

• Manual & Automation Testing

• API Testing (Postman, Swagger)

• SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML

• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium (preferred)

• Python or Java (preferred)

• JIRA / Azure DevOps

Experience We're Looking For

✔ 3–8+ years of QA experience

✔ Experience testing AI Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, or Conversational AI platforms

✔ Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG

✔ Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
